We’re on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Casual Cook to join our team at the Waterhole Bar & Bistro, located at the iconic Kalgoorlie Golf Course. 

From daily service to weddings, corporate functions, and major events like the PGA, no two days are the same. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and creating quality food in a supportive environment - you’ll fit right in. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Experience working in a busy kitchen 
• A passion for quality food and presentation 
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 
• Availability across weekends and events 

About the role: 

Working under the guidance of our Head Chef, you will: 

• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation 
• Assist with daily service and event catering 
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and safe work practices are followed
• Keep your workspace clean, organised, and efficient 
• Contribute positively to a strong and supportive kitchen culture
